We would like to inform you that the Company has received the request letters dated 31st January, 2023 on 01st February, 2023 from the Persons belonging to the Category of 'Promoter Group' seeking re-classification of their names from the category of 'Promoter Group' of the Company to 'Public' in terms of Regulation 31A of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (Listing Regulations) and confirming that they fulfil and shall continue to fulfil the conditions set out under Regulation 31A of the Listing Regulations.01-02-2023
