 Ravinder Heights Ltdhas informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 03/02/2023 ,inter alia, to consider and approve the Standalone and Consolidated Unaudited Financial Results (Provisional) for the quarter ended December 31, 2022 according to Regulation 29 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 ('SEBI LODR Regulations'). Further, pursuant to Regulation 46(2) of the SEBI LODR Regulations, notice of the said meeting is also being uploaded on the website of the Company.
