In continuation to our letter dated February 02, 2022 and pursuant to Regulations 30 and 33 of SEBI LODR Regulations, we would like to inform you that the Board of Directors of the Company has, at its meeting held today, i.e. February 08, 2022, inter-alia, considered and approved the Unaudited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results of the Company (which have been subjected to Limited Review by the Statutory Auditors) for the quarter ended December 31, 2021. The same were also reviewed by the Audit Committee in its meeting held earlier on February 08, 2022. A copy of the same along with the Limited Review Report is enclosed herewith as Annexure - A.08-02-2022
