In terms of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we write to inform you that the Company on 4th April, 2017 issued and allotted 8,00,000 Equity Shares of Rs. 10/- each, upon conversion of warrants. Consequently, with effect from 4th April, 2017, the Issued, Subscribed and Paid-up Equity Share Capital of the Company stands increased to Rs. 52,35,22,950/- divided into 5,23,52,295 Equity Shares of Re. 10/- each.04-04-2017
