Further, Pursuant to BSE Circular No. LIST/COMP/01/2019-20 Dated 2 April 2019, in compliance with Provision of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulation, 2015 and the Company's code for prevention of Internal Trading Procedures and Conduct for regulating, monitoring and reporting of trading in securities by designated person/ insiders, the trading window for dealing in securities of the company for all the designated person/ insiders was closed with effect from 01.07.2020 till the expiry of 48 hours after the unaudited financial results for the quarter ended on 30th June, 2020 being published.
