The 27thAGM of the Company was held on today (i.e. 30th September, 2020) at 10.00 a.m. (IST) through two-way Video Conferencing ('VC') / Other Audio Visual Means ('OAVM'), to transact the business as stated in the notice dated August 27, 2020, convening the AGM. With reference to the subject captioned above, this is to inform you that Archana Gadodia, Promoter of Scan Steels Limited intend to acquire 1782275 (3.40 %) Equity Shares of the Company by way of purchase from Nimish Gadodia Promoter of the Company through an off market transaction as per the Gift Deed. The above is an ''inter se'' transfer of shares in terms of Regulation 10 (1) (a) (i) and 10 (1) (a) (ii) of the SEBI (SAST) Regulations, 2011. Consequent to the above transfer, the equity shareholding of Mrs. Archana Gadodia in the Company will increase from 1363007 (2.60%) to 3145282 (6.01%). And equity shareholding of Mr. Nimish Gadodia in the Company will Decrease from 3408316 (6.51%) to 1626041 (3.11%). The aggregate holding of Promoter and Promoter Group before and after the above 'Inter Se' transfer, shall remain the same (details Individually enclosed).
