NUCLEUS SOFTWARE EXPORTS LTD. - 531209 - Interim Dividend For FY-2020-21

 Pursuant to Regulations 30 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (''Listing Regulations'') corresponding circulars and notifications issued thereunder, the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held today has declared an interim dividend of Rs. 3.00 per Equity Share (i.e. 30% of face value of Rs. 10 each) of the Company. The interim dividend shall be paid to the equity shareholders of the Company, whose names appear on the Register of Members of the Company or in the records of the Depositories as beneficial owners of the shares as on Monday, August 10, 2020 which is the Record Date fixed for the purpose.
