This is in reference to our earlier communication dated November 6, 2018 regarding signing of the Share Purchase Agreement for transfer of 100% share holding of HSCC (India) Limited ('HSCC') to NBCC (India) Limited ('NBCC'). It is hereby informed that the President of India, represented by and acting through the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare, Government of India has transferred the shares of HSCC to NBCC. Therefore pursuant to the above acquisition of shares, HSCC has become a wholly owned subsidiary of NBCC.
