It is hereby informed that in case of Amrapali Group pending before the Hon'ble Supreme Court of India, the Hon'ble Court has vide its detailed order dated July 23, 2019, appointed NBCC to complete the various projects. The percentage of commission/fee of NBCC is fixed at 8 percent.
