 This is in continuation to our previous letter dated November 14, 2019, it is hereby informed that the Company has received a letter from Mr. R Venkataramani, Court Receiver appointed by Hon'ble Supreme Court of India vide letter dated March 18, 2020 to call the tender for 8 Housing projects comprising 23013 Housing Units at Noida and Greater Noida having estimated project value of Rs. 5075.75 Crore. The Hon''ble Supreme Court of India had appointed NBCC to develop these projects and fixed the project management fees at 8%.
