 Precision Pipes and Profiles Company Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on November 12, 2012, subject to the approval of the shareholders pursuant to the provisions of Section 293(1)(a) read with Section 192A of the Companies Act, 1956, approved the hiving off the Companys White Goads and PDC Business by way of slump sale.This step shall enable the Company to focus on its automotive business which Constitutes over 90% of its turnover.
