This is with reference to our letter dated November 1, 2018, wherein it was informed that the National Company Law Tribunal, Mumbai ('NCLT') vide its order dated October 31, 2018 ('Order'), received by the Bank on November 1, 2018, in the Company Scheme Application no. 921 of 2018, had dispensed with the meeting of the unsecured creditors of the Bank.
