This is to inform that in terms of powers conferred under provisions of Section 47(A)(1)(c) read with Section 46(4)(i) of the Banking Regulation Act, 1949, RBI has imposed a monetary penalty of Rs.10 million (Rupees Ten million only) on the Bank for non-compliance with direction issued in respect of time-bound implementation and strengthening of one of SWIFT-related operational controls which was put in place subsequently. This disclosure is being made in compliance with Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
