Madam / Dear Sir, Moody's assigns first time Baa3 Issuer rating to IndusInd Bank : Outlook Stable We hereby inform that Moody's Investor Service Inc., ('MOODY'S') has assigned a long-term local and foreign currency bank deposit and issuer rating of Baa3 STA to IndusInd Bank Limited (the 'Bank'). At the same time, Moody's has assigned the following rating to the Bank: - a short term local and foreign currency bank deposit and issuer rating of Prime-3 - a Baseline Credit Assessment (BCA) and adjusted BCA of ba1 - a long term and short term counterparty risk assessment of Baa3(cr) / Prime-3(cr) - a long term and short term local and foreign currency counterparty risk rating of Baa3/Prime-3 The outlook, where applicable, is stable. This disclosure is being made pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
