The Bank has sent intimation letters to those Shareholders whose Dividend has remained unpaid / unclaimed since 2014 - 2015 for a period of seven consecutive years or more, requesting them to claim the dividend by contacting our Registrar and Transfer Agent, Link Intime India Pvt. Ltd. at rnt.helpdesk@linkintime.co.in or Bank's Secretarial and Investor Services Cell at investor@indusind.com or by Friday, September 2, 2022. The Bank has, vide letter dated June 2, 2022, communicated individually to the shareholders whose shares are liable to be transferred to IEPFA on the due date for taking necessary action and requesting them to claim the same, failing which the shares will be transferred to IEPFA in adherence to the procedures prescribed under the Rules.
