 This is to inform you that in accordance with the Company's Code of Conduct for Regulating, Monitoring and Reporting of Trading by Insiders (ACCL Insider Code), framed pursuant to the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and amendments thereof, the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company shall remain closed from 1st January, 2021 till the end of 48 Hours after the announcement of the financial results of the Company for the quarter ended 31st December, 2020, to the Stock Exchanges. Accordingly, all the Insiders (including Directors and designated employees as per ACCL Insider Code) and their immediate relatives are being intimated not to enter into any transaction involving the securities of the Company during the aforesaid period of closure of Trading Window.
