 The company had made the above referred intimation regarding cessation of operations at one of its Units located at Kolhapur (Maharashtra State), with effect from 23rd May, 2020. In this regard, we are in receipt of an e.mail yesterday i.e., 29th May 2020 from the Exchange (NSE) wherein we were asked to provide additional details as follows: 'Amount & percentage of turnover or revenue or income and net worth of the listed entity contributed by such unit or division during the last financial year'. We would like to clarify that Kolhapur Unit had contributed a turnover of Rs.2.89 Crores for the financial year 2019-20. The Unit contributed approximately 0.6 % of the total consolidated turnover. We would also like to reiterate that the closure of Kolhapur Unit will not have any material adverse effect on the operations or financial performance of the company.

 Pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we would like to inform you that the Company has ceased all operations at one of its Units located at No: B-36, Five Star Industrial Area, Kagal Hatknangale City, Kolhapur-416216, Maharashtra State, with effect from 23rd May, 2020. This is pursuant to the decision to permanently close the Unit in order to optimize the operations after completing all due processes and formalities under Law, which is underway. The closure will neither involve sale or disposal of any material asset owned by the Company nor require any Compliance under Industrial Disputes Act, 1947. Closure of this Unit will also not have any material adverse effect on the operations or financial performance of the company. This is for your information and record.
