Ltd. pursuant to the rules and regulations of its host country. The Board also approved write off the investment in the WOS to the extent of impairment of the asset due to accumulated losses of the WOS.

Maheshwari Datamatics Private Limited to M/s. Link Intime India Private Limited with effect from 24th November 2022. The letter received from NSDL dated 23rd November 2022 and CDSL dated 24th November 2022 in connection with change of R & T Agent with effect from 24th November 2022 are enclosed. Further, in terms of Regulation 7 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosures Requirements) Regulations, 2015, a tripartite agreement between the company, M/s. Maheshwari Datamatics Private Limited (old RTA) and M/s. Link Intime India Private Limited (New RTA) is under process and the same shall be intimated to you within seven days from the date of entering into the agreement.
