 Pursuant to the provisions of Regulation 30 (read with Schedule III) of the SEBI Listing Regulations, we wish to inform you that, after due consideration, Acuite Ratings & Research Limited has assigned a ACUITE BBB/STABLE rating for the Company's Term Loan of Rs.14.46 Crore and Proposed bank facility (Long Term) of Rs. 85.54 Crore. As stated by ACUITE (in its letter), the instruments with this rating are considered to have a very strong degree of safety regarding timely payment of financial obligations and such instruments carry the lowest credit risk. A copy of the letter dated November 11, 2022, as received from ACUITE in this regard, is enclosed herewith.
