This is with reference to today's report in the Business Standard titled 'Wilmar International set to take RBI to court over Shree Renuka Sugars' and the Economic Times report of 25 March 2019 titled 'Bitter NPA pill for Renuka Sugars' lenders'. These reports are misleading, speculative and inaccurate. We have not received any correspondence from the RBI or from our lenders on this matter. However, we will be engaging with our lenders to ascertain the facts of the matter. The Company is current in servicing its debt in accordance with its terms.
