 Pursuant to Regulation 30 and other applicable Regulations of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, please be informed that the Board of Directors at its meeting held today have, inter-alia, appointed Mr. Sunil Katial, Chief Executive Officer of the Company, as an Additional (Whole-time) Director of the Company with effect from 1 April, 2020, subject to the allotment of a valid Director Identification Number (DIN) to him by the concerned authority. Mr. Katial shall be a Whole-time Director of the Company, with effect from 1 April, 2020, for a term of 3 (three) consecutive years, subject to approval of the Shareholders of the Company at the next Annual General Meeting of the Company. In this regard, we confirm that Mr. Sunil Katial is not debarred from holding the office of director by virtue of any SEBI order or any other such authority. Mr. Sunil Katial shall also continue to be the Chief Executive Officer of the Company.
