Subject: Order received from Customs, Excise & Service Tax Appellate Tribunal With reference to the above referred subject, it is to inform your good offices that Hon'ble Customs Excise & Service Tax Appellate Tribunal ('CESTAT') has passed an order setting aside the order of confiscation and penalty which is a contingent liability of the Company. The necessary disclosure to this effect has already been made under the head Contingent Liability in Balance Sheet as at 31.03.2019. At the same time the interest portion has not been waived by the Hon'ble CESTAT. The Board shall meet in the coming meeting and decide whether the Company would prefer and appeal to the Higher Forum that is HON'BLE HIGH COURT OF MUMBAI.
