This is to inform you that Dr. Gabor Gulacsi, Non-Executive Director of the Company has ceased to be the Director of the Company with effect from 26th March, 2019 on account of vacation of his office as Director pursuant to the provisions of Section 167(1)(b) of the Companies Act, 2013, due to his absence from all the meetings of the Board of Directors of the Company held during a period of twelve months commencing from 27th March, 2018.
