The Hon'ble NCLAT has further ordered as under: 'The Appellants in Company Appeal (AT) No. 04 of 2022 may appear before the NCLT, Chandigarh and file their reply affidavit to the Contempt Application and in light of the Hon'ble Supreme Court order passed in Civil Appeal No. 3165 of 2010 bringing in notice all the subsequent developments and events.
