Kohinoor Foods Ltd has informed BSE that a Meeting of Board of Directors of the Company will be held on May 30, 2022, inter alia consider, approve and take on record the Standalone and Consolidated Audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and financial year ended March, 2022 and to consider recommendation of dividend, if any, for financial year 2021 -22 (subject to approval of shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting of the Company) and any other matter as may be considered appropriate by the Board.Further, as intimated earlier vide the Company''s communication dated April 01, 2022, the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company has been closed for Connected Persons, insiders, Designated Persons and their immediate relatives covered under the Code of Conduct of the Company adopted under SEBI (Prohibition ol Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, as amended, with effect from April 01, 2022 and shall remain closed till 48 hous after the declaration of lurancial results for the quarter and year ended March 31,2022.23-05-2022
