This is to inform you that pursuant to Regulation 30 and 33 of the SEBI (Listing Obligation and Disclosure Requirements) Regulation 2015, the Board of Directors of the Company at their Meeting held on today ie. Tuesday, the 13% February, 2024 have considered and approved the following: 1) The Un-Audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and nine months ended 31st December, 2023 along with Limited Review Report of the Auditors, 2) The Board has appointed M/s. H.G.Sarvaiya & Co. Statutory Auditor of the Company subject to approval of shareholders. Details with respect to Appointment of Auditor of the Company as required under Regulation 30 Read with Schedule III of the Listing Regulations, SEBI Circular CIR/CFD/CMD/4/2015 dated September 09, 2015 and CIR/CFD/CMD1/114/2019 dated October 18, 2019 are annexed herewith. 3) The Board has appointed M/s. Nita Jayesh Desai Internal Auditor of the Company for Financial Year 2023- 2024.
