Zodiac-JRD-MKJ Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 25, 2018, inter alia, has recommended the final dividend of Rs. 0.50/- per equity share for the financial year 2017-18 subject to approval of Shareholders in the Annual General Meeting.
