The Board of Directors of the Company in its meeting held on 10th July, 2020 has adopted and taken on record the Audited Financial Results (Standalone & Consolidated) along with the Segment Report, Statement of Assets and Liabilities and Cash Flow Statement thereupon for the Quarter and Twelve months ended March 31, 2020, which please find enclosed in compliance to the provisions of Clause 33 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015. Also enclosed please find Reports from the Statutory Auditors of the Company on the Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results. The Auditors have issued the said Reports with Unmodified Opinion. Necessary arrangement has been made for publication of the said results in SEBI prescribed format in the newspapers. The meeting commenced at 2.10 p.m. and concluded at 5.10 p.m.10-07-2020

We write with reference to our letter dated 26th June, 2020. This is to inform that the Noorpur distillery has resumed operation on 2nd July, 2020 after police posting at the plant. We hereby inform that our Distillery, which is situated in Noorpur, South 24 parganas, West Bengal was attacked on 25th June, 2020, at around 7.40 AM by a group of more than 150 armed goons. These unidentified hooligans, armed with various types of weapons, forcibly entered the factory, beat up the security guards and practically held our employees/workers on duty as hostage. They also damaged the cctv cameras, computers, medical room etc. inside the factory. The Distillery was asked to shut down and our employees and workers were asked to vacate the factory at gun point by 12 Noon. Necessary complaint was made to the local police station however they seemed helpless. The distillery is closed since then. We have sought help from the Chief Minister of West Bengal and also from Finance, Commerce and Industry Minister of the State of West . Also please note that the Country Spirit bottling unit at Dankuni was reopened by the order of Excise Commissioner, West Bengal dtd 25th June, 2020.26-06-2020

In furtherance to our letter dated 23rd March, 2020, 9th May 2020 and 23rd May, 2020 wherein the Company had informed of the disruption of operations of the plants on account of the COVID -19 pandemic followed by Amphan Cyclone, now we wish to inform you that the present position of different factories is as under: Alcohol Division Out of the two distillery units at Noorpur, one has resumed production after the Amphan Cyclone with effect from 16th June, 2020. However the other unit at Distillery is expected to resume its operations by June end. The Country Spirit bottling units are functioning at 50% capacity. However the operations of the bottling unit at Dankuni is suspended due to an absurd order of Excise Dept, West Bengal and the matter is in the Court. Marine Division Due to COVID, Marine processing plant at Kolkata was allowed to operate at Low capacity.24-06-2020
