Siyaram Silk Mills Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on November 27, 2017, has declared Interim Dividend of Rs. 2.20 per equity share (110%) on the Paid up Equity Shares of Rs. 2/- each, for the Financial Year 2017-18.The Interim Dividend will be credited / paid / dispatched on or after December 07, 2017. to such shareholders as on the Record Date (December 05, 2017).27-11-2017
