Pursuant to the Listing Regulations, we hereby inform that due to the global outbreak of Coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19), our Registered office, Corporate Office, manufacturing units, factories and the retail stores operated by Siyaram Silk Mills Limited ('the Company') situated across India have been closed until the lockdown is lifted. This is in line with Government of India order. All staff members have been advised to work from home wherever possible during the period. In view of prevailing uncertainty the overall impact on the operations of the Company cannot be immediately ascertained.
