 This is to inform you that our Board at its meeting held on Saturday, 29th January, 2022, has interalia: 1) Approved Unaudited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results of the Company for the quarter/ nine months ended 31st December, 2021. We are enclosing herewith duly signed Results for the quarter/ nine months ended 31st December, 2021 as approved by the Board along with Independent Auditors' Review Report by Statutory Auditors, M/s. D S M R & CO (formerly known as M/s. Songira & Associates) Chartered Accountants (Firm Reg. No.128085W). 2) Declared 2nd Interim Dividend of Rs. 3/- per equity share (150%) on the Paid up Equity Shares of Rs. 2/- each, for the Financial Year 2021-22. The Interim Dividend will be credited/paid/dispatched on or after 11th February, 2022 to such shareholders as on the Record Date (7th February, 2022).
