Sir / Madam, With reference to the captioned subject and in compliance with Regulation 30 of the SEBI (LODR) Regulation, 2015, we would like to inform you that Mr. Sandeep Kutchhi (Membership no. A-22561) has tendered his resignation from the post of Company Secretary & Compliance Officer of the Company w.e.f May 25, 2022 due to his personal reasons. The Company has accepted his resignation. He will continue to discharge his responsibilities as Company Secretary and compliance Officer till May 31, 2022 and will be relieved from the responsibilities of the Company with the closing of business hours on 31st May, 2022.
