We are pleased to inform that the Members of the Company at their 35th Annual General Meeting held on Wednesday, the 18th September, 2019 has approved for payment of Final Dividend @ Rs.0.80 (8%) on the Equity Shares of Rs. l0/- each. Kindly note that the Dividend will be paid to all members whose names appear in the register of Members as on the cutoff date i.e. on 11th September, 2019 as on the Book Closure for the purpose of the Annual General Meeting and entitlement to participate in the dividend.
