Pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015 read with the Part B of the Schedule III of the SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015 and in view of nationwide lockdown for a period of 21 days from 25.03.2020, enforced by government of India to prevent and contain the spread of COVID-19. We would like to inform the exchange that, the operation of our Plant may shut down as the other support activities like transportation, sales department, raw material supply etc. may be affected due to various reasons until the lockdown is lifted. In view of the above constraints, we may not be in a position to continue our operations and as such we may shut down our plant at Pithampur. The expected financial impact of this is not ascertainable at this stage. The company is closely monitoring the situation and will take necessary steps and keep the stock exchange informed about further developments.
