 Commercial Syn Bags Ltdhas informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 11/08/2021 ,inter alia, to consider and approve the following businesses along with other routine businesses: 1. To consider and approve the quarterly unaudited standalone and consolidated financial results of the Company for the quarter ended on 30thJune, 2021. 2. To take on record limited review report on quarterly unaudited standalone and consolidated financial results for the quarter ended on 30th June, 2021. Further, pursuant to Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading framed in accordance with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, as amended from time to time the company has already closed the Trading Window w.e.f. 1st July, 2021 and shall remain closed till completion of 48 hours after the declaration of the Audited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results for the quarter ended on 30th June, 2021 i.e. till 13th August, 2021 (both days inclusive) for dealing in securities of the Company by all Directors, Designated Employees and other persons covered under the Code.
