2. Declared interim dividend for the financial year 2018-19 of Rs. 1.50/- per Equity Share (i.e.150% of paid up share capital of the Company) of face value Re.1/- each. Pursuant to the provisions of Regulation 42 of Listing Regulations, the Board of Directors confirmed Thursday, 1st November, 2018 as record date for determining the eligible shareholders who will be entitled to the said Interim Dividend.24-10-2018
