 With reference to the captioned subject, we hereby enclose a Certificate under Regulation 74(5) of the SEBI (Depositories and Participants) Regulations, 2018 for the quarter ended 30th June, 2022 received from Link Intime India Private Limited, Registrar and Share Transfer Agent of our Company, confirming that the securities received for dematerialization have been mutilated and cancelled after due verification and the name of the depositories have been substituted in the register of members as the registered owner within the prescribed timelines and as per the circulars issued by SEBI from time to time and confirmed that the securities comprised in the said certificates have been listed on the Stock Exchanges where the earlier issued securities are listed.
