 Pursuant to the provision of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulation, 2015 and as per the terms of " Code of Internal Procedures and conduct for Regulating, Monitoring and Reporting of Trading by insiders" of the Company , the trading window shall remain closed from Saturday, July 01, 2023 till the end of 48 hours after the declaration of unaudited financial results of quarter ended 30th June, 2023 i.e. Non tendering Period. The trading window shall open after 48 hours declaration of the said results. The date of Board Meeting to consider inter alia the unaudited financial results of Quarter Ended 30th June, 2023 shall be intimated separately.
