Further to the outcome of meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company dated 14th February, 2022, we hereby enclose a copy of the postal ballot notice dated 14th February, 2022 ('Postal Ballot Notice). The Postal Ballot Notice are being sent to all the shareholders through electronic mode whose name appear in the Register of Members / Beneficial Owners received from the National Securities Depository Limited ('NSDL') and Central Depository Services (India) Limited as on 11th February, 2022 ('Cut-off date) seeking their approval as set out in Postal Ballot Notice. The Company has engaged the services of NSDL for the purpose of providing e-voting facility to all the Members. The voting through e-voting will commence from Tuesday 1st March, 2022 (9.00 a.m.) and shall end on Wednesday, 30th March, 2022 (5.00 p.m.).
