Apis India Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 30, 2012, has approved the re-appointment of Mr. Vimal Anand as Managing Director of the Company for the further period of 5 years commencing from June 01, 2012 ending on May 31, 2017, subject to approval of the shareholders of the Company. With reference to the earlier announcement dated May 11, 2012 regarding Financial Results for March 31, 2012, Apis India Ltd has now informed BSE that some typographical error was occured while putting data in the Unaudited Financial Results.
