 Pursuant to the Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we wish to inform you that various District Magistrates have issued notification for closure of all offices and Manufacturing/production facilities to control the transmission of Covid-19 disease. We believe that health and safety of all our employees and their families are of utmost concern and priority. Therefore, we fully extend our support and cooperation to the notification issued by various District Magistrates and have taken immediate steps for the shutdown of our office and temporary suspension of all operations of our plant located at Roorkee, Uttarakhand, except the services, as permitted under the said notification. Accordingly, our office and plants have been closed w.e.f. 24th March, 2020 till 31st March, 2020 as stipulated in the District Magistrate's directives. This is for your information and record.
