AIL/CS/2021-22/222 dated November 13, 2021, in respect of acquisition of 10,000 equity shares having a face value of Rs. 10/- each of Nature's Family Tree Foods Private Limited (NFTFPL) from its existing shareholders at a price of Rs 10.00 per share.
