Further to our communication letter No. IIL/SE/2023/2301/2 dated January 23, 2023 intimating that the meeting of the Board scheduled to be held on February 13, 2023 will inter-alia consider and approve the Un-audited Standalone and Consolidated financial results for the quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2022, it is to inform you that the Board of Directors at the said meeting, are also likely to consider declaration of Interim Dividend for financial year 2022-2023.
