We would like to inform you that declaration of Interim Dividend for the Financial year 2023-24, if any, shall be considered by the board of Directors of the Company in the above meeting. We further inform that, pursuant to Regulation 42(1)(a) of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, the record date for payment of Interim Dividend, if declared by the Board in the above meeting, shall be Thursday, 8th February, 2024.
