Gensol Engineering Ltd - 542851 - Genosl Bags 22.5 Crores Orders For Building Solar Power Projects Of 10.7 Mwp Cumulative Capacity In Gujarat, Karnataka And Madhya Pradesh

 Pursuant to Regu 30 of the SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015 ("SEBI Listing Regulations"), we would like to inform you that the Company has in the month of December, 2021, in normal course of business, received purchase orders from reputed clients for the development of solar power projects aggregating to a capacity of around 10.7 MWp in the states of Gujarat, Karnataka and Madhya Pradesh. The cumulative order value of these projects is pegged at over Rs 22.50 Crores (Indian Rupees Twenty-Two Crores and Fifty Lakhs Only) exclusive of taxes.  Pursuant to the Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 ("SEBI Listing Regulations"), we wish to inform that the members of the company have given their nod to a new business initiative in the Electric Vehicle (EV) space during 8th Annual General Meeting held on September 30, 2020. In line with this prognosis, our company has, till date, leased out a total of 181 EV Cars to reputed ride-hailing company operating its business in Gurugram, NCR and New Delhi regions. We plan to add another 67 new EV Cars by the end of December 2021, while massive plans have been firmed up to add another 3000 EV cars to this fleet by the end of 2022.
