 We wish to inform that Nilgiri Infrastructure Development Limited, Company's wholly owned subsidiary, has divested its 100% stake in its subsidiary namely Chloris Real Estate Limited, which owns small land parcel at Sector 99, Gurugram, Haryana and contributed zero percentage in consolidated turnover or revenue or income of the Company during the financial year 2021-22, to a third party buyer for an aggregate consideration of Rs 16.85 Cr. With this, Chloris Real Estate Limited ceased to be subsidiary of the Company. The requisite disclosure, in terms of Regulation 30 of Listing Regulations read with SEBI Circular CIR/CFD/CMD/4/2015 dated September 9, 2015, is attached.
