Based on the recommendation of the NRC, the Board of Directors of the Company through Circular Resolution approved the appointment of Mr. Deepak Chindarkar (DIN 03573562) as an Additional Director (Non-Executive) with effect from December 28, 2021. Pursuant to sub-section 1 of Section 161 of the Companies Act, 2013, Mr. Deepak Chindarkar will hold office up to the date of the ensuing Annual General Meeting of the Company. Ms. Isabelle Delphine Hoepfner (DIN 08598846) stepped down as Non-Executive Director of the Company with effect from close of business hours of December 27, 2021, owing to her professional commitment.
