Mrs. Vijayalakshmi Rajaram Iyer has been appointed as Non-Executive Independent Director for a period of three consecutive years from the date of her appointment as an Additional Director subject to the approval of the Members of the Company within the prescribed timelines as per the SEBI Listing Regulations.25-09-2022
