In furtherance to our letter dated 27th February, 2023 and pursuant to Regulation 30 and 42 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we wish to inform you that the Board of Directors of the Company at its Meeting held today i.e. 2nd March, 2023 have considered and approved the payment of Interim Dividend at Rs. 1.50/- per Equity Share i.e. 75% on face value of Rs. 2/-per share for the Financial Year 2022-23. The Record Date for determining the Members eligible to receive aforesaid Interim Dividend is Wednesday, 15th March, 2023. The Interim Dividend will be paid on or after 29th March, 2023, but within 30 days from the declaration of Interim Dividend in terms of the relevant provisions of the Companies Act, 2013.
