Navneet Education Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 26, 2017, inter alia, has recommended dividend of Rs. 2.50 (125%) per share on 23,35,58,000 Equity Shares of Rs. 2/- each for the Financial Year ended March 31, 2017. The dividend so recommended, if declared by the members of the Company at the ensuing Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be paid within 30 days from the date of the approval at the said AGM.26-05-2017
